East Wrestling
Starts: October 18th at East Wrestling Room
Practice times: 4-5:30
School shuttle will bring you to East, will need a ride home.
What you need: Wrestling Shoes, everything else will be provided
Who: Both Boys and Girls
Experience: None needed

Des Moines Lincoln Middle School Wrestling
Who: Any 7th or 8th grade student (boy or girl) from McCombs, Brody, or Weeks that will attend Lincoln HS
When: October 18th — December 17th, practice from 3:50-5:30
Where: Lincoln HS Wrestling Room, wrestlers need picked up from Lincoln HS
- Follow on-screen instructions.
- Pay $15 online or to school.
- Turn in updated physical to school nurse.
What to Bring: Workout clothes and wrestling shoes, braces require a mouthpiece
